Kris is a second-generation concrete finisher with over 25 years of professional experience. Kris started pouring concrete with his father at the age of 15. He was privileged to develop the construction skills as well as concrete flatwork in the family business. A quarter of a century later, the same quality workmanship principles and skills are applied to develop dream homes and present great options for every customer.

As an Air Force Veteran, Kris started his own business at the age of 23. His combination of discipline, diligence, hard work, and initiative has ensured that the family tradition will continue.
In 1991, Kris married Melinda his wife of over 20 years. Showing a knack for the business, Kris welcomed her to the team. She added new insight and revamped the business model to get Kris’s expertise to everyone available. Continuing to expand the business, Kris later combined his skills with the youngest son Michael, adding a new ‘specialty’ in excavation and drainage. Now the family craftsmen span over three generations. We are proud to pass on skills that require artistry and craftsmanship. Our family business of artisans is a rare breed in this day and age of technology.
